The Finnish Transport and Communications Agency (Traficom) has decided to grant
exemptions based on Article 71(1) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 regarding certain
requirements of Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011, Regulation (EU) No 965/2012, Regulation
(EU) 2015/340 and Regulation (EU) 1321/2014 by its decision of 18 March
2020 (TRAFICOM/118512/05.00.28.00/2020). However, amendments to this decision
have been found necessary. Therefore the decision of 18 March will be replaced by
this new decision.
The exemptions in this new decision are valid from 23 March 2020 until 23 November 2020.
