If you cannot handle your matter online or through customer service, you can contact Traficom’s switchboard or registry.

You can call Traficom without any additional charges. For calls and queuing, you will only be charged your own operator’s local network charge or mobile call charge.
All calls made to the switchboard and service numbers are recorded for the purposes of verification, complaints management, service development and quality control. The legal basis for processing is compliance with a legal obligation.

Registry
Send your message to the Traficom Registry if e-Services are unavailable and you are
- sending Traficom an application for a licence, rating, or other decision,
- applying for a revision of a previous decision, or
- sending information or reports related to a matter that is already pending.
If the matter in question is already pending at Traficom, please make sure to include the relevant diary number (e.g. TRAFICOM/123456/01.01.01/2020) in your message.
