Non-accessible content
Structure
- Text alternatives: Text alternatives are missing for visual elements. Text alternatives for some icons are missing or are not descriptive. Unnecessary text alternatives are provided for the decorative images on the page Choose your role. (WCAG 1.1.1)
- Titles: The hierarchy of heading elements does not always correspond to the hierarchy of web page contents. Subordinate titles are indicated at the same hierarchical level. (WCAG 1.3.1)
- Tables: There are some shortcomings in the labelling of tables. The table on paying taxes includes an empty column heading. The mobile view uses tables to present non-tabular content. (WCAG 1.3.1, 2.4.3)
- Language: The language of the page Choose your role has not been determined. Messages are presented in three languages, and no language has been determined for texts in a language other than the main language. (WCAG 3.1.1)
Navigation
- Focus order: Focus is not always logically and uniformly taken to a new element when clicking on a button or changing the page from the main menu. (WCAG 2.4.3)
- Link purpose: The link text Go to instructions does always describe the purpose of the link. (WCAG 2.4.4)
E-service elements
- Error messages: Error messages are not always sufficiently descriptive. Some error messages are not automatically read by a screen reader without receiving focus. (WCAG 3.3.3, 4.1.3)
Element-specific notes
- Selections on Choose your role: There are shortcomings in the programmatic implementation of the role-specific cards. Unnecessary text alternatives are provided for decorative images. (WCAG 1.1.1, 1.3.1, 3.1.1)
- Star rating: The programmatic implementation of the star rating is faulty from the viewpoint of screen reader use. (WCAG 1.3.1)
- PDF files: The documents in My e-Services include accessibility issues. (WCAG 1.3.1, 1.4.3)
