Private persons can terminate their licence using our online services. You can identify yourself either by using your bank identifiers, chip-based identity card or mobile certificate. In order to act on behalf of a company you will also need a Suomi.fi e-Authorization. You can also terminate your licence by sending us email to radiotaajuudet(at)traficom.fi or by returning your radio licence to Traficom. In this case, mark the licence with the text "Terminated” and add a date and signature. Return the licence to Traficom, Frequencies, P.O. Box 313, FI-00059 TRAFICOM. You cannot terminate a licence over the phone. If you terminate your licence before the due date of the invoice, you do not have to pay a new fee. If you terminate your licence during the payment period, you have to pay the fee for the entire period, and no payment or any part of payment is refunded. We aim to process your application within 28 days.
