Advice on vehicle registration and registration plates.

Our customer service advises on matters related to vehicle registration, such as changes to owner and holder information, decommissions and commissions, and transfer notifications. We also advise in registration plate matters (e.g. lost/corrupted registration plates, export registration, test certificate plates, transfer licence). You can contact us by using the contact form or by calling us. We will be able to advice you in Finnish, Swedish and English. Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 16.15. All calls are recorded for the purposes of verification, complaints management, service development and quality control. The legal basis for processing is compliance with a legal obligation. Please note that you can handle most vehicle registration matters yourself in My e-Services. You can also contact inspection stations that offer registration services.

You can call Traficom without any additional charges. For calls and queuing, you will only be charged your own operator’s local network charge and mobile call charge.
