Traficom is currently in the process of updating the technical aspects and some of the UI elements of My e-Services for transport matters. The update is a multi-year project, with some of the watercraft registration services, vehicle digital certificates and services for people with reduced mobility already updated in 2021.
Services that will be updated in early 2022 include vehicle decommissioning and commissioning, change of ownership and the common sections of the e-services portal. After the update, you will be able to view the e-services that you have used and the confirmation receipts generated as a result in the common sections.
The objective of the update is to improve service quality in terms of usability, accessibility and the technical solution used and to ensure the technical maintenance and usability of the services. The aim is to have all the services updated by the end of 2024.
