The Finnish Transport and Communications Agency announces that operating authorizations for air services between Finland and China (several routes) are available. Also an operating authorization for air services between Finland and the Republic of Korea on the route Helsinki-Busan is available.
Applications for operating authorizations for the routes to China shall reach the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency on 28 June 2019 at 16.15 o’clock the latest. Applications for operating authorization for the route to the Republic of Korea shall reach the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency on 2 July 2019 at 16.15 o’clock the latest.
Applications shall be made in accordance with section 3 of the CAA decision 24 June 2004 on air services on routes with limited traffic rights. The Finnish Transport and Communications Agency’s contact person gives additional information.
