The Finnish Plan for Aviation Safety (FPAS) describes the identified key risks in Finnish aviation along with Finland’s strategic safety objectives and measures taken to accomplish them. FPAS is updated annually. The effectiveness of FPAS actions is monitored as part of Finnish aviation safety risk management and safety assurance. FPAS 2025 is also Annex 1 to The Finnish Aviation Safety Programme (FASP).
