The regulation concerns the approval of a licence, other authorization or right to use a radio transmitter granted by a competent foreign authority as a radio licence. These are radio transmitters operating on collective frequencies, radio microphones, amateur radio transmitters, radio transmitters of ships and aircraft, earth stations for mobile satellite as well as GSM 1800 base stations installed on board an aircraft and a vessel.
