Regulation: Application of fairway- and area-specific exemptions included in PECs, the examination requirements for such exemptions, and PEC-related procedures

This Regulation issues further regulations on the application, maintenance and renewal of a PEC and exemptions included in the certificate. The Regulation also lays down detailed regulations on the content and evaluation criteria of the written and practical part of the PEC examination and the criteria for passing the tests.
