This Regulation is applied to public telecommunications operations.
The Regulation covers the following:
- general information security requirements in all communications networks and services;
- specific requirements for the interfaces of communications networks and services;
- specific requirements for internet access services;
- specific requirements for text and multimedia message services; and
- specific requirements for e-mail services.
