To be considered airworthy, an aircraft requires in addition to certificate of airworthiness(CofA), an annual airworthiness review certificate.(ARC)
An Aiworthiness Review can be done 90 days prior to the expiry date of last ARC without advancing the next ARC expiry date. Otherwise, the expiry date is determined by the admission date of the new ARC.
An authorized Part-ML airworthiness review staff may issue an airworthiness review certificate for Part-ML aircraft using this form.
This application is used to apply for an airworthiness review certificate based on recommendation for an ARC for EASA Part-M aircraft by a CAMO and for nationally regulated aircraft by an approved airworthiness review staff.
