You can receive invoices in electronic format in your online bank. These are called e-invoices. The invoice contains all the required information, and all you need to do is check the invoice and confirm the payment. To receive e-invoices, you need to make an e-invoicing agreement in your online bank. Once you have made the agreement, you will receive invoices from Traficom directly in your online bank.

Receive our invoices as digital mail in Kivra instead of paper mail
We have taken into use the free digital mail service Kivra in addition to OmaPosti and Suomi.fi Messages which have already been in use. When you register to Kivra, you will receive invoices quickly and securely as digital mail instead of paper mail if you are not using e-invoices or OmaPosti. The Kivra service is free of charge.
Follow these steps to take Kivra into use: Download the free Kivra app to your phone from the app store or go to the address kivra.fi (External link). Register with your bank credentials and your email address and you will automatically start receiving invoices as digital mail. You will get a notification from the Kivra service when you have received a new invoice and a reminder when the invoice’s due date is getting closer. Read more on Kivra’s website (External link).
It will be possible to receive vehicle tax bills in Kivra later this year.
