• Customer service for driving licences: Traficom's Pasila reception desk does not accept permit applications related to driving licenses, parking cards for people with reduced mobility or other passenger transport licence applications. Ajovarma Oy provides customer and advisory services concerning driving licences and other personal licences for road transport on behalf of the agency at its service points. The reception desk of the Pasila office only accepts and hands over documents that have been separately agreed on between 8:00 and 16:15 on weekdays. The reception desk does not accept payments.
