- The notification must contain information about the airports where you intend to offer services, and what services you intend to offer.
- Send notifications primarily using this online form.
- You will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt of the notification if the sending is successful. You can print it.
Making an agreement with the airport
- Once you have received confirmation from Traficom, contact the airport manager.
- The airport draws up an agreement with the ground handling company before starting operations.
- According to the ground handling order, the agreement is required at the airport level of the services offered. The airport can enter other conditions into the contracts.
