Finnish Aerospace NDT Board (FANDTB) is an independent Aerospace organization as defined by EN4179 and NAS410 Annex C and co-ordinates the the NDT activities of Part-145 maintenance organisations and Part 21 production organisations in Finland.
The Board is based on the requirements of the Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014, II (Part-145) and the Finnish Civil Aviation Authority (CAA Fi) approval (Dnro 11/72/06 dated 25.4.2006.
FANDTB aims to implement, support and supervise the implementation of the Recommended Practice of the Finnish Aerospace Non-Destructive Testing Board(FANDTB-RP-02) in the aerospace industries.
- Administrate and oversee training outlines for NDT personnel.
- Administrate and oversee the qualification and certification/approval procedures and processes for NDT personnel.
