By entering the digital certificate and the vehicle registration number you can check the vehicle linked to the digital certificate, the owners that are entered into the register and the validity of the digital certificate.
The digital certificate check also gives you information about any restrictions entered into the register that prevent the change of ownership, for example if changes to the vehicle’s registration data are prohibited.
