You can notify or remove a person in charge of the use of company cars in My e-Services.
A company must register a person in charge of use in the Transport Register if there is no natural person registered as the holder of a company car. Notifications of persons in charge of use are made on a company-specific basis. This means that there can only be one person in charge of use for each business ID.
A new notification of a person in charge of use replaces any earlier notification.
There is no need to give notification of a person in charge of use for a private trader.
The information on the person in charge of use is required for automatic traffic surveillance. The traffic penalty fee is imposed on the owner, holder, temporary user or person in charge of the use of the vehicle stated in the vehicle register. For cars owned by companies where a natural person is not specifically designated as a holder, the traffic penalty fee is imposed on the person in charge of use.
After identification, select your service role: personal services, acting on behalf of another person or acting on behalf of a company/an organisation.
A person in charge of use can report that their tasks have ended in the My details section of My e-Services. An email message will be sent to the organisation’s contact person’s email address if the organisation has entered one in the Details of the organisation section of My e-Services.
The service uses an automated decision-making procedure.
