Insure and register your vehicle at the same time using your insurance company's services.
Vehicles used in traffic must have motor vehicle liability insurance (External link). When you buy a vehicle, you must acquire a motor vehicle liability insurance and register the change of ownership within seven days of the purchase.
You can use insurance companies' electronic registration services to insure and register your vehicle at the same time. Registration using Traficom’s electronic services (External link) requires a valid motor vehicle liability insurance for the vehicle. Insurance companies’ electronic registration services are only available for individual customers.
