Apply for a taxi transport licence document with up-to-date information due to a change of name

Fill in and print the form. (form available in Finnish and Swedish) A licence document with up-to-date information is selected as the subject of the application (Section 3). 

Please note that you do not need to report a change of name to Traficom. Change of name for natural persons is reported to the Digital and Population Data Services Agency and name change for legal person is reported to the Finnish Trade Register. Traficom can issue a licence document with up-to-date information only after the aforementioned notices have been processed by the above authority. When granting a new licence document, the licence number of the licence changes.

You will receive the licence document by post within approximately 3 weeks of submitting the application.
