Please send you report by email to lentoturvallisuus@traficom.fi. 

The address must not be used for submitting complaints about airline customer service, the punctuality of flights, general dissatisfaction with an airline. We recommend contacting your airline with these issues. If you would like to report a disturbance caused by aircraft, please follow the instructions here Ulkoinen verkkopalvelu.. 

Processing of information

Traficom uses the information it receives to detect safety deficiencies and observe trends. We do not reply to all feedback separately, but we do investigate each report and use the information in our continuous efforts to improve safety.
