Apply for an obstacle permission
An obstacle to air navigation can be anything rising from the ground that could interfere with air traffic or air navigation facilities. Cases in which setting up an obstacle to air navigation requires permission are defined in the Aviation Act. The processing time of obstacle permission applications is eight weeks. NOTE! The Aviation Act was amended on 1 September 2025. Applicants for an obstacle permit must obtain the necessary preliminary assessments from the aerodromes within the obstacle's area of influence and from the relevant flight procedure designer and submit them as attachments to the obstacle permit application.

The permission is subject to a fee in accordance with the currently valid decree on service fees.
