Sending a notification to Traficom

• Fill out and send a notification to the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency (Traficom) at least 30 days before the planned start date of operations.
• The notification must contain information about the airports where you intend to offer services, and what services you intend to offer.
• Send notifications primarily using this online form.
• You will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt of the notification if the sending is successful. You can print it.

Making an agreement with the airport

• Once you have received confirmation from Traficom, contact the airport manager.
• The airport draws up an agreement with the ground handling company before starting operations.
• According to the ground handling order, the agreement is required at the airport level of the services offered. The airport can enter other conditions into the contracts.
