Provide the company invoicing address for vehicle tax

Provide the company’s invoicing address for vehicle taxation or update the invoicing address if it changes. You can submit the notification in My e-Services.

Traficom sends tax bills for vehicle taxation to companies as an e-invoice or to a separate invoicing address provided by the company. If no other information is provided, Traficom will send the tax bill to the address recorded for the company in the Transport Register.

When can you provide the company’s invoicing address?

You can update the invoicing details of a company if you have been authorised to represent the company or have been granted the mandate for “Maintenance of transport operator data and permits”.

How to provide the company’s invoicing address for vehicle tax

  1. Step 1

    Log in to My e-Services

    After authentication, choose Acting on behalf of a company/organisation as your user role.

  2. Step 2

    Provide the invoicing address for vehicle tax

    Provide the company’s invoicing address under Organisation information. Select Vehicle tax invoicing in the invoicing details.

    You can provide an e-invoicing address, an invoicing address for letter post, or both.

    For e-invoicing, the company must have an e-invoicing address. You also need information about the company’s e-invoice operator.

  3. Step 3

    Check and save the updated information

    The invoicing address shall remain valid indefinitely from the update date onwards.

If you cannot use My e-Services, you can provide the company’s invoicing address using a form.

Frequently asked questions about providing a company invoicing address for vehicle taxation

The address details of company head offices are updated directly in the Transport Register via the Business Information System (YTJ).

If the company has business location IDs (e.g. 1234567-8AA) under the head office recorded in the Transport Register, these business locations’ address information will not be updated automatically via the Business Information System. The company is responsible for updating its address information manually.

If the address of a business location changes, you can update the information in Traficom’s My e-Services or by submitting the form Company/organisation address change notification (Y323).

You can submit the notification for the head office or other business locations. You can provide the invoicing address for other business locations in My e-Services on the Offices tab. The notification must be submitted separately for each branch office.

If the invoicing details of your company have changed, you can update the information in Traficom’s My e-Services under Organisation information.

Traficom does not use TIEKE’s address registry for vehicle taxation. You have to provide the e-invoicing address in My e-Services.

An online invoice is an electronic invoice that can be processed automatically and used to create a view simulating a paper invoice on a computer.
