Accessibility statement for the Drone customer application

This accessibility statement applies to the Drone customer application.

Accessibility status

The web service partially meets the Level AA requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. Non-compliances with the requirements are mentioned below.

Non-accessible content

The content mentioned below is not accessible for the following reasons: Non-compliance with the Act on the Provision of Digital Services 306/2019.

Visuals

• The keyboard focus indicator is poorly distinguishable within the selection list. (WCAG 2.4.7, 1.4.11)

Structure

• There are some deficiencies in heading markings and structure. (WCAG 1.3.1)
• Information in list format is not always presented using a programmatic list. (WCAG 1.3.1)
• The row headings in the online theory exam results table are not programmatically marked. (WCAG 1.3.1) 
• The external link icon is not always provided with a text alternative for screen reader users. (WCAG 1.1.1) 
• Feedback is not automatically read by a screen reader. (WCAG 4.1.3)

Navigation

• The "Log out" button does not work with a keyboard, so a keyboard user cannot log out of the service. (WCAG 2.1.1)
• The service is a so-called single-page application, where a screen reader user does not receive information about moving to a new screen and the content changing. The focus also does not move to the beginning of the new content. (WCAG 2.4.3, 4.1.3)

Form elements

• There are occasionally deficiencies in the implementation of form groups, which may make some groups difficult to understand with a screen reader. (WCAG 1.3.1, 2.4.6)
• A screen reader cannot read all items in the drop-down menus because the focus jumps away from the drop-down menu. The screen reader also does not read the selection made from the drop-down menu. (WCAG 1.3.1, 2.4.3, 4.1.2)
• When entering personal data, the Street Address and Municipality fields do not support autocomplete. (WCAG 1.3.5)

Pdf receipt

• The PDF receipt does not contain any tags, so a screen reader may not be able to determine the structure and reading order of the content. In addition, the link cannot be activated using only a keyboard, and the logo lacks a text alternative. (WCAG 1.1.1, 1.3.1, 1.3.2, 2.1.1)

This statement was prepared on May 7, 2024.
The statement is based on an assessment carried out by a third party on whether the service meets the requirements of the Act on the Provision of Digital Services 306/2019.
The statement was last reviewed on December 3, 2025.
